A straightforward additional promise from NoxVeli if a product develops a manufacturing fault during normal household use.
Covered for 12 months from delivery.
If a covered manufacturing fault develops, contact us at info@noxveli.com with your order number and clear photo or video evidence. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement or refund for the affected item.

What the guarantee covers
- Manufacturing faults that arise during normal household use within 12 months of delivery.
- Electrical or functional faults that are not caused by misuse, accidental damage or incorrect installation.
- Defects in supplied components where the defect is attributable to manufacture rather than normal wear.
What is not covered
- Accidental damage, misuse, neglect or modifications.
- Damage caused by installation that does not follow the product instructions or, where applicable, work that should have been carried out by a suitably qualified electrician.
- Normal cosmetic wear, ageing or consumable items unless there is an underlying manufacturing fault.
- Damage caused by using an indoor product outdoors or outside its stated placement/IP guidance.
How to make a claim
Email info@noxveli.com with your order number, a description of the fault and clear photos or video showing the issue. We may ask for reasonable additional information needed to assess the claim.
Your statutory rights are not affected. This NoxVeli guarantee is an additional benefit and does not replace, limit or reduce any rights you have under UK consumer law.
