At NoxVeli, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery usually takes 5–12 business days after dispatch. Including our 1–3 business day processing time, orders usually arrive within 6–15 business days from payment confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays or unusually high demand.

Shipping Costs

We offer free UK delivery on all orders.
There are no standard shipping charges at checkout for UK orders. The price shown on each product page is the final product price, with delivery included.
At this time, NoxVeli only ships to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of payment confirmation, please contact us at info@noxveli.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@noxveli.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
