Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 5–12 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Occasionally delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as courier delays or high demand periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Lost or Delayed Orders

Damaged Items in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@noxveli.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
