Damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing items

Email info@noxveli.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Photos or a short video can help us review it quickly. Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, NoxVeli will cover reasonable return costs or provide an appropriate return method. The appropriate replacement, repair or refund will be handled in line with our policy and your statutory rights.

30-day change-of-mind returns

If a piece is not right for your space, you may request an eligible change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days of delivery. You are responsible for the direct return cost, and we do not charge a restocking fee. Contact us before sending the item so we can provide the correct return instructions. Product support

12-month NoxVeli product guarantee

Eligible products are covered by our voluntary 12-month retailer-backed guarantee against manufacturing faults from the date of delivery.

The voluntary guarantee does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation or normal cosmetic wear. A change of mind is not a fault claim, but it can still be handled separately under our 30-day change-of-mind return policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Read the guarantee.
