At NoxVeli, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@noxveli.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at info@noxveli.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or card provider. If you still have not received it, contact us at info@noxveli.com and we will investigate immediately.
