NoxVeli provides a 12-month retailer-backed product guarantee against manufacturing faults, beginning on the date your order is delivered.
What the guarantee covers
If your product develops a manufacturing fault within 12 months of delivery, contact us with your order number and clear details of the issue. For an approved covered fault, we will provide an appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
What is not covered
The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, damage caused by unsuitable power supplies or environments, normal cosmetic wear, or the normal decline in rechargeable-battery capacity that occurs through ageing and use.
How to make a claim
Email info@noxveli.com with your order number, a description of the fault and clear photos or a short video where helpful. We will review the claim and explain the next step.
This NoxVeli guarantee is additional to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
