Necessary technologies

Some technologies are necessary for the store to work, including basket, checkout, security, fraud-prevention and session functions. These can operate where the law permits without optional consent because they are required to provide the service you request.

Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the store, including page views, device and browser information and interactions such as clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and session recordings. Sensitive content is masked by the service. For UK visitors, Clarity receives the consent signal from Shopify's cookie-consent system and uses cookies only when the required analytics permission has been granted.

Advertising and measurement

When advertising or measurement services are enabled through Shopify or connected advertising channels, their pixels and customer events are subject to the store's customer-privacy settings. In the United Kingdom, non-essential marketing and analytics permissions are requested through the Shopify cookie banner before Shopify pixels that require those permissions can run.

Email and onsite marketing

We use Klaviyo for email marketing and onsite signup functionality. Where its use of cookies or similar technologies is non-essential and requires consent, it is subject to the applicable consent choice.

Your choices

You can accept, decline or manage non-essential cookies using the privacy controls shown on the store. Your choice can affect analytics, advertising measurement, personalisation and some optional features, but declining optional tracking does not prevent you from browsing products or using secure checkout.
